1. Shipping -- Most orders will ship the same day depending on when the order is placed. Otherwise, your order will ship the following day, excepting Sundays, of course. The only exception to this will be if we are out of stock of a particular item. In this case we will contact you via email. All orders shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

2. Returns and Refunds. 30 Day Unconditional Guarantee. If for any reason you are unhappy with your product within 30 days of receipt of your order, merely return the unused portions and we will refund your money and pay your return shipping. No questions asked.

3. Privacy -- Gourmet Peppercorns does not have access to any of your financial information as Paypal deals with that unless of course you pay by snail mail by check. We do not accept credit card information over the phone or through snail mail. Any other information we obtained is held is strict confidence and we will never sell or giveaway that information for any reason.

4. Payment --We accept payment through Paypal only for all online sales. We also accept checks via snail mail. Contact us for further information.

5. Based on availability we reserve the right to make appropriate substitutions when necessary.

6. Exciting News! Gourmet Peppercorns is in the process of upgrading our supply from Flavorbank products to our own Gourmet Peppercorns Brand. If the Flavorbank products are not available we will ship our own brand.
